SALAM Shah Alam Specialist Hospital successfully concluded the MS ISO 9001:2015 Understanding & Implementing Course held on 4-5 August 2026, reaffirming our commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Pn Nor Faridah from SIRIM Academy for sharing her expertise and guiding our team throughout this valuable programme.

Congratulations to all participants for completing the course with dedication and enthusiasm. Beyond strengthening their understanding of the MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, the programme also marked the development of SALAM's New Internal Auditors for 2026.
