Not every headache is caused by stress, lack of sleep, or dehydration. Sometimes, your eyes may be contributing to the problem.

Eye strain, uncorrected vision problems, and long hours on phones, computers, or reading can cause headaches—often around the forehead or behind the eyes.

You may notice:

* Headaches after screen time or reading

* Blurred vision

* Frequent squinting

* Tired or heavy eyes

A comprehensive eye examination can help determine whether your eyes are involved and detect any underlying eye problems early.

Our Free Health Screening Event has been successfully concluded!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated. We were delighted to welcome 75 guests for health screenings covering eye care, hearing, dental health, Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM ), and psychological well-being.

Together, we took a meaningful step toward a healthier community. Thank you for your support, trust, and participation!

We look forward to bringing more health screening initiatives like this to the community again in the near future.
