【足部湿疹】
足部湿疹是一种常见的皮肤炎症，会导致脚部发红、发痒、干燥、脱皮或出现小水疱。
常见于脚背、脚踝、脚底及脚趾周围。严重时可出现皮肤龟裂、渗液及疼痛。诱因包括过敏、刺激物、闷热潮湿、流汗、鞋袜材质及反复摩擦。
虽然与香港脚（足癣）症状相似，但治疗方式不同，因此应由医生正确诊断。适当的皮肤护理、避免诱因及医学治疗，大多数患者都能获得良好控制。
【Feet Dermatitis】
Feet dermatitis is a common inflammatory skin condition that causes redness, itching, dryness, scaling, or small blisters on the feet.
It commonly affects the tops of the feet, ankles, soles, and areas around the toes. In more severe cases, the skin may crack, ooze, and become painful. Common triggers include allergies, irritants, excessive sweating, humid environments, shoe materials, and repeated friction.
Feet dermatitis can look similar to athlete’s foot (fungal infection), but the treatment is different, so an accurate diagnosis is important. Proper skincare, trigger avoidance, and appropriate medical treatment can effectively control the condition.
