Are you constantly rubbing your neck or dealing with that stubborn, lingering stiffness by the end of the day? 🛑
The tight muscles pull your head forward, while the weak muscles fail to stabilize it. This tug-of-war creates chronic imbalance, leading to joint strain, nerve irritation, and pain.
💡 How to Fix It:
Chasing the pain with temporary rubs won't solve the root cause. A targeted approach is key:
1️⃣ Stretch & Release the overactive, tight muscles.
2️⃣ Strengthen & Activate the weak, deep stabilizers.
3️⃣ Correct daily ergonomics to restore natural cervical alignment.
Let’s stop just managing the pain and start fixing the movement!
