这位顾客由眼科医生转介绍过来，本身有内斜视（Esotropia），长期受到双影（Double Vision）困扰，同时也面对老花问题，导致日常视力非常不便。

经过详细验光与双眼视功能评估后，我们为顾客设计了棱镜镜片（Prism Lens）配合 Fresnel Prism，并搭配双光镜片（Bifocal Lens），同时改善双影与老花带来的视觉困扰。

不是每一家眼镜店都有验光师，也不是每位验光师都有处理斜视问题的经验。

This patient was referred by an ophthalmologist due to esotropia, which caused persistent double vision in daily life. At the same time, presbyopia made near tasks increasingly challenging.

After a comprehensive eye examination and binocular vision assessment, we prescribed prism lenses combined with a Fresnel prism, together with bifocal lenses, to address both the double vision and presbyopia.

Eyeglasses are not always just about correcting power. Some visual conditions require detailed evaluation and customized optical solutions to achieve comfortable, functional vision.
