🧧 红包，不一定只会在新年的时候收到。
小时候，红包是长辈送给晚辈的祝福；长大后，我们也会包红包给父母、长辈，表达感恩与孝心。
在大家的印象里，红包总是出现在喜庆的节日。
但今天，我收到的这个红包，却有着不一样的意义。
这是来自一位顾客，在我服务他们家庭、协助完成亲人身后事后的一个红包。
说真的，当顾客把红包递给我的那一刻，我感受到的不是红包里的金额，而是一份信任、一份认可，更是一份沉甸甸的鼓励。
殡葬服务，不只是完成一项工作，而是在一个家庭最无助、最悲伤的时候，给予他们专业、陪伴与安心。
能够得到顾客的肯定，对我来说，是一份非常珍贵的礼物。

🧧 A red packet isn’t something we only receive during Chinese New Year.
When we were young, red packets were blessings from our elders, wishing us good health, happiness, and prosperity. As we grow older, we begin giving red packets to our parents and elders as a way of expressing our gratitude, love, and respect.
For most people, red packets are closely associated with festive celebrations.
But today, the red packet I received carries a very different meaning.
It was given to me by a client after I had the privilege of serving their family and assisting them through the final farewell of their loved one.
To be honest, the moment my client handed me this red packet, what touched me wasn’t the amount inside.
It was the trust, the appreciation, and the heartfelt encouragement behind it.
Working in the funeral and memorial care profession is more than just completing a service. It is about standing beside families during one of the most difficult moments of their lives—offering professional guidance, compassionate support, and peace of mind when they need it most.
Receiving this recognition from my client is truly one of the most meaningful gifts I could ever receive.
