Teens nowadays don’t just use technology, it has become part of their daily lives.

From morning to night, screens have become part of their routines, comfort, and connection to the world. However, many teens are quietly struggling with poor sleep, shorter attention spans, mental fatigue, and disconnection from the people around them in the real world.

Sometimes, it’s not just about “too much screen time.” It’s about what screen time is slowly taking away from your child: rest, focus, interactions, and meaningful moments with people.

This isn’t about taking away technology from their lives. It’s about building healthier digital habits together with one small change at a time. 🤍

Behind every growing baby is a mother trying to learn how to carry so many new things at once - physical changes, silent worries, emotional shifts, and the weight of becoming someone’s mother.

While most of the attention naturally goes to the baby, we hope this post reminds fathers-to-be that your wife is going through a huge emotional and physical transition too.

This Mother’s Day, let us celebrate the quiet strength of expecting parents ❤️ A reminder for fathers-to-be is being emotionally connected to mothers can mean more than anything!

✨*Womanhood & The Stories We Carry* ✨

This week, we unpack the conversations sparked by the marriage of Syed Saddiq & Bella Astillah — and the deeper narratives society places on women, relationships, identity, and life stages.

From the labels attached to “second marriages” and “women with children,” to the quiet pressures of being single, independent, a mother, a wife, or all at once — we explore how womanhood is constantly defined by others, and reclaimed by ourselves.

In this episode, we reflect on:
🌿 The judgments women face at different stages of life
🌿 The identities we personally carry and navigate
🌿 What shows up in the therapy room when identity feels challenged
🌿 Why there is no “correct timeline” for womanhood

Because identity is not fixed — it evolves. 🤍

And maybe the most important question is:
*What identity are you holding right now?*

Did you realize that scrolling has become your second nature?

Although digital dementia is not an actual diagnosable health condition, we’re seeing more children, teens, and adults suffering from this.

This isn’t about quitting your phone/devices, but understanding ways to protect your brain’s health.

Remember, your brain’s health is in your hands.

Every festival comes and goes.
But how have you changed since the last one?

Last Chinese New Year, who were you?
Last Ramadan, what were you struggling with?

Are you growing? Healing?

Festivals are not just about reunion, lights, and food.
They are milestones - quiet reminders to reflect on who we are becoming.

This year, don’t just celebrate. Pause and ask yourself:
✨ How am I different compared to last year?

When children are labeled as “aggressive” or “defiant,” the conversation often jumps straight to punishment 😫 But behavior is rarely the full story — it’s usually a signal to something deeper ⚠️

Anger and aggressive behavior doesn’t come out of nowhere. It can be a response to what’s happening around them — the system that they live in.

If we want real change, we need to look beyond punishment and control — and pay attention the child’s system and healing the system itself 🫂
