🚨 When Your Own Staff Knows Too Much About Your Life 🚨
I’ve been working with one of my clients, a business owner, for a few years now. With Qi Men strategy, I’ve seen her business grow, she’s now about to open her 4th branch.
But not long ago, she faced a crisis that nearly cost her peace of mind.
One of her longest-serving staff members had a father who practiced mediumship (letting a “spirit/god” enter the body to answer questions). Once, in panic, she forgot to call me and went to consult him instead. The answer felt satisfying.
From then on, she started comparing my Qi Men guidance with the “spirit’s” advice. Most of the time, they matched, but with missing pieces on both sides that, when combined, told a complete story. At first, it seemed helpful.
But that’s where the problem began.
The staff’s father would gossip about her personal problems to the daughter, and the daughter, my client’s staff began subtly using that private information to manipulate her.
👉 Imagine having your deepest struggles used against you by someone on your payroll.
Panicking, she came back to me for help. Long story short, after much resistance (even from the “unseen”), we managed to resolve the situation.
đź’ˇ The Lesson:
Never mix your private life with your professional circle.
Your staff are there to support business growth, not to know your vulnerabilities. The moment you give away your privacy, you give away your power.
Boundaries aren’t just about professionalism. They’re about protection of your trust, authority, and energy.
🔥 What do you think? Should business owners keep their personal struggles completely separate from their staff?
