多焦点镜片 (看远看近 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘀 ) 究竟好不好，配了会后悔吗?

因为年龄关系，开始老花了，平日戴着的近视眼镜，每次看近时都要摘下来，有时摘下来了却忘了放去哪里，有时放到头上却还再到处找眼镜🤣

不过，当顾客问身边的朋友时，大家就纷纷发表各自的意见与经验，有的把它赞得天上有，地下无，不过也有人马上对它摇摇头，直呼行不通，戴不惯的。慢慢听多了，这位顾客也混淆了，多焦点镜片究竟好还是不好呢❓️

虽然说，什么东西都要试过才知道合不合适，但至少在尝试之前，先了解自己的需求及习惯，至少可以提高成功率，不然到最后才发现配出来的眼镜不合用，钱又花了。

那么，什么人的成功率会比较高，后悔的机率比较低呢？

简单点，就拿工作状况来做例子。

假如一个人的工作需要他的视线不断在近远之间一直变换，比如说老师，他需要在黑板上写字，然后转望学生，下一刻看看手上的教科书，又抬头对学生讲课。这种需求下，多焦点镜片就方便很多，不用重复摘下戴上眼镜的动作，也比较容易适应这类镜片，甚至妥协它的不足。

另一种情况，假如一个人的工作需要他的视线长时间固定在某个距离看东西。比如说裁缝师，电脑程序员🖥，他需要在固定的距离而且相当长久的时间，这种需求下，多焦点镜片未必让他们满意，甚至不愿意妥协它的不足。因为多焦点镜片的侧边有视力扭曲区(distortion zone)，电脑程序员则会投诉需要迁就镜片看近和中的位置，搞到脖子酸痛，干脆就不戴眼镜更加好。

以上只是我以工作的需求作为配戴多焦点镜片的考量，也有一种说法，趁老花度数还不是很深时，尽早适应多焦点镜片，成功率也较高。
