Pattern Diagnostic

Pattern Diagnostic Psychology graduate with background in the arts, dedicated to decode the complexities of the human experience.

Work focuses on bridging the gap between psychological insight and the art of daily living, helping others find clarity in the modern world. I began reading Tarot in 2007, but my journey with card reading (poker cards) at the age of just 12. I kept my special abilities under wraps, but my curiosity in spiritualism is evident. I pursued formal studies in psychology alongside spiritualism to underst

and more about human and consciousness. This combination of psychological and spiritualism perspectives has shaped the approach I use today. My work focuses on helping individuals gain clarity, and recognise patterns through systems analysis, workshops on manifestation and personal development, or self-discovery, and tarot consultations. Bhante Kumāra’s Teaching

"𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨."

This sounds like good advice—but it has one major problem.

It assumes that letting go is simply a matter of choice and will. In reality, it isn't.

If it were, who would choose to remain trapped by resentment, grief, fear, anxiety, or trauma? Most people who suffer already 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 to let go. The fact that they can't is the issue.

𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨—𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠.

When we clearly see why we are clinging, how that clinging creates suffering, and why it no longer serves us, letting go happens naturally.

That's why telling someone to "just let go" is often unhelpful. It might even make them feel like a failure, for not being able to do something supposedly under their control.

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩, 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨. 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝.

As their understanding deepens, their clinging weakens—and letting go happens.

LET GO

“Let go” may sound like good advice—but it has one major problem.

It assumes that letting go is simply a matter of choice and willpower. But in reality, it isn’t.

If it were that simple, who would choose to remain trapped in grief, addiction, anxiety, or trauma? Most people who are suffering genuinely want to let go. The problem is that they don’t know how.

✪ Letting go is not something we consciously force ourselves to do—it is something that happens naturally when our understanding becomes deep enough ✪

When we clearly see why we are holding on, how that attachment causes us suffering, and why it no longer serves us, letting go begins to happen naturally.

That is why telling someone to “just let go” often doesn’t help. It may even make them feel like they have failed, because they believe they cannot even control something they should be able to control.

✔ If you truly want to help someone, don’t tell them to let go. Help them understand.

As understanding deepens, attachment naturally weakens—and letting go follows on its own.

Relationships are like mirrors of your life. They reflect how you feel and treat yourself, as well as how you respond to different situations and the people around you. Every relationship is an opportunity for your soul to learn, grow, and evolve.

Romantic Relationship - Emotional Deprivation Example
Sonia grows up with emotionally distant parents. As an adult, she attracted to partners who are busy, emotionally cold, or unavailable. When her boyfriend doesn't reply for several hours, she immediately thinks: "He doesn't care about me." She feels rejected, or she becomes clingy and constantly seeks reassurance.
The mirror: The relationship isn't creating her wound - it is revealing the old belief: "No one will be there for me emotionally."
This gives her the opportunity to recognise the pattern and learn to communicate her needs instead of assuming rejection.

In the case of Emotional Deprivation, relationships often reflect:
✅ A fear of not being loved or understood.
✅ Expecting others to disappoint emotionally.
✅ Choosing emotionally unavailable people because the pattern feels familiar.
Soul growth isn't about finding "perfect" people. It's about recognising the old wound, learning to meet some of your own emotional needs, communicating them clearly, and forming healthier relationships based on mutual emotional availability rather than repeating familiar patterns.

Time does not heal emotional wounds.
The wounds take time to heal, because we need time to understand, which is heals the wounds.
時間唔會治癒情緒傷口. 傷口需要時間去癒合, 因為我哋需要時間去理解, 即係治癒傷口.

I allow myself to be human, but I don’t lose alignment with my higher awareness.
1) Authentic humanity: anger, jealousy, love, ambition, ego, preferences, real reactions (not fake "spiritual" behaviour)
Example:
I feel jealous seeing someone more successful.
Instead of pretending:
"I am spiritual, I don’t feel jealous"
I admit:
"Yes, I feel jealous."
2) Bowing to the inner divine.
This is the pause + awareness layer inside you.
After feeling jealous, you don’t let it control you.
You shift to:
"This feeling shows what I desire. Let me improve myself."

I read an article about mental load in relationships. The husband not evil, but he is passive, dependent, and mentally absent at home. The wife needs a partner who notices what needs to be done and takes responsibility without being told.
But the problem is? He thinks he has "doing enough" while she feels completely alone.

A relationship is not just about tasks. It is about emotional experience. You can meet the visible standard (chores), but fail the invisible standard (emotional safety, respect, attitude).

Many people say, I am a lucky one to have a husband who can cook and do housework.
But I always wonder, why is that "lucky"?
From women’s perspectives, it is called lucky because many women used to men who Don’t Help and Don’t Cook.
Some even say, when he is also the breadwinner, the wife should be even more appreciative!!
You have to understand, doing housework and cooking is not "luck". That is adult responsibility.

A relationship is not about roles. It is about 2 people meeting each other’s needs.
What the wife is going through, and how the husband supports her emotionally.
Of course, the husband may also have his own complaints, yes. That's why I said, 2 people meeting each other’s needs.

In fact, there are 3 layers to a partner:
1) Functional 👉🏻 can they handle life? (money, chores)
2) Relational 👉🏻 can they communicate, respect, cooperate?
3) Emotional 👉🏻 do you feel safe, seen, and supported?
Most people only evaluate layer 1, forget the 2nd and 3rd.

The wife has to tolerate his temper and cold attitude for years. When arguments happen, instead of comforting her, he withdraws.
So the question is: Is doing housework enough to make someone a good partner?
You can have a man who cooks and cleans, but still shuts down emotionally, and ruins your peace. Walking on eggshells with a High-Functioning but Low-Emotional-Quality partner.

Yes, effort in the household matters, but emotional maturity, respect, and the ability to communicate matters too.
Women don’t need a perfect man. What women need is a READY MAN. Someone who shares responsibility, takes initiative, willing to improve and shows up with care, not control.
