Laptop for work. Phone for a break. Your eyes are still doing close-up work.

Every 20 minutes, look at something about 6 metres away for 20 seconds.

Save this for your next screen break.

The eye chart is only the start. An eye exam looks beyond the letters—at your vision and the health of your eyes.

Look after the whole picture. Book your eye exam with Henrichsen & Bingham.

Rinse first. Clean second.

Each blink spreads a thin layer of tears across your eye, keeping its surface smooth and helping you see clearly.

A little moment. A big job.

Dark lenses can make a bright Swakopmund day more comfortable. But how dark they look tells you nothing about their UV protection.
