Good morning hope this message finds you well, My First step to completing a mission to get the gut healthy 🙂 It definitely should be on someone's bucket list , The experience was awesome, the friendly, kind, dedicated passionate service and atmosphere was great.I felt so comfortable and at the right place at the right time, my portion of dinner was so minimal last night but I felt satisfied. I woke up this morning and felt refreshed and not bloated. I definitely look forward to complete the rest of the sessions and taking baby steps to get back on track

Let me clear up the 5 topics most people are concerned with:

1 - "It's painful."
It isn't!
It might be a bit uncomfortable at the beginning of the session, but most people feel comfortable and relaxed after the first few minutes.
I only use warm, filtered water at a gentle pressure. It’s like a warm internal bath.

2 - "It's unhygienic."
It’s clean, single-use equipment with every session.
Nothing that someone else used will touch you.
Cleanliness isn't something I compromise on - ever.
It’s also completely odorless as everything moves through a closed system.

3 - "It damages your gut."
When performed by a qualified professional, colon hydrotherapy does not harm your gut. This is exactly why training and credentials matter.

4 - "It's just a wellness trend."
Colon cleansing has been practiced for thousands of years with its roots tracing back to ancient Egypt as far as 1550 BC.

You're kept covered throughout the entire procedure, and your privacy will be respected at all times.
The first session starts with a short, easy conversation. Not a clinical interrogation — just me understanding what you've been feeling and what changes you're hoping for.

The treatment itself: warm, filtered water gently cleansing the colon while you stay covered and relaxed. Around 60 minutes, start to finish.
You’ll be fine to continue with your daily chores right after the treatment, no downtime.
And most clients feel relieved afterwards, telling me this procedure was nothing like what they'd pictured and they regret having waited so long.

12 years as a qualified colon hydrotherapist. And a registered nurse with a personal understanding of how vulnerable procedures like this can make you feel.

That last part is what shaped the way I work at Auas Colon Care. I know how it feels to be on the other side - uncertain, a little nervous, hoping the person caring for you actually sees you. So I go out of my way to make sure every client feels genuinely comfortable and that their privacy is always protected. Not as an afterthought - as a priority.

The people I see most have one thing in common: they'd been living with bloating, constipation, and fatigue for years and convinced themselves it was just normal. That their body was simply like that.
It isn't.
