A question I get asked often. I strongly suggest booking at least 2–3 sessions within a short period of time - ideally within one week, as only then will you really benefit from the treatment long-term.

Most people feel a lot better after just one session, as the sigmoid colon (the last part of the colon) will be clean. But it won't take long for the colon to fill up and become clogged again. Once the colon has been thoroughly cleansed and you apply some lifestyle changes, you will feel a definite improvement. Follow-up sessions are then spaced further apart and often it's just one session to get things moving again.

I suffered from constipation myself.

I was on a retreat in South Africa, where I first heard about colon hydrotherapy. I immediately thought this was something I should try, but it took me some time to find the courage to actually make an appointment - so I do have sympathy with all of you thinking twice.

I finally booked a session and was surprised at how easy it was, not embarrassing at all. You are covered throughout the procedure with no offensive odors or sounds.

I felt better after the session and had it done again a year later. I also realized that one session once or twice in a lifetime won't really solve the problem. If you're prone to constipation, it will always flare up again from time to time.

After trying to find a therapist in Windhoek and realizing there wasn't one, I decided to do the training and help our people here in Namibia. That was exactly 12 years ago, in 2014.

After some intense theory, I went to South Africa for a week to do my practical training with an experienced RICTAT-qualified teacher and therapist. I had 4 colonics within that week and the results were amazing. A real-life changer.

I lost 3 kg. Belts that had been too tight suddenly fit again. And mindful eating became so much easier, because when you feel that light and clean, you don't want to put junk into your body. You don't want to lose that feeling.

Good morning hope this message finds you well, My First step to completing a mission to get the gut healthy 🙂 It definitely should be on someone's bucket list , The experience was awesome, the friendly, kind, dedicated passionate service and atmosphere was great.I felt so comfortable and at the right place at the right time, my portion of dinner was so minimal last night but I felt satisfied. I woke up this morning and felt refreshed and not bloated. I definitely look forward to complete the rest of the sessions and taking baby steps to get back on track

Let me clear up the 5 topics most people are concerned with:

1 - "It's painful."
It isn't!
It might be a bit uncomfortable at the beginning of the session, but most people feel comfortable and relaxed after the first few minutes.
I only use warm, filtered water at a gentle pressure. It’s like a warm internal bath.

2 - "It's unhygienic."
It’s clean, single-use equipment with every session.
Nothing that someone else used will touch you.
Cleanliness isn't something I compromise on - ever.
It’s also completely odorless as everything moves through a closed system.

3 - "It damages your gut."
When performed by a qualified professional, colon hydrotherapy does not harm your gut. This is exactly why training and credentials matter.

4 - "It's just a wellness trend."
Colon cleansing has been practiced for thousands of years with its roots tracing back to ancient Egypt as far as 1550 BC.
