LOVE IS NOT ENOUGH
Love is powerful, but love alone is not enough.
A relationship, marriage, ministry, business, or friendship cannot thrive on love alone. It also requires trust, commitment, sacrifice, communication, understanding, patience, and responsibility.
Many people genuinely love each other, yet struggle because they lack the wisdom and discipline needed to sustain the relationship.
Love without respect becomes frustration.
Love without trust becomes suspicion.
Love without commitment becomes unstable.
Love without communication becomes misunderstanding.
Love without sacrifice becomes selfishness.
Love without responsibility becomes a burden.
Even faith works by love, but faith also requires obedience and perseverance. In the same way, love must be supported by character and action.
True love is not merely what is spoken; it is what is demonstrated consistently. It is choosing to do what is right even when it is difficult. It is remaining faithful when circumstances are challenging.
Love may start the journey, but wisdom, character, and commitment help sustain it.
Scripture: "Let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth." β 1 John 3:18 (KJV)
Love is important, but lasting success in any relationship requires more than feelings. It requires the daily decision to act with integrity, honor, patience, and genuine care.
