HEADLINE : I didn’t disappear. I was becoming.
There’s a specific kind of silence that happens when life asks you to stop talking and start listening.
For a while, my feed went quiet. Maybe you noticed, or maybe it was just another empty space in your scrolling. But behind the screen, the noise was deafening. I was navigating transitions that didn't fit into a tidy caption. Growing ,shifting roles, and realizing that the advice I give about intimacy and growth was being put to the ultimate test in my own life.
We often think that if we aren't "posting," we aren't "doing." We feel the pressure to show the harvest while we are still very much in the season of planting seeds in the dark.
Here is what the silence taught me:
• Intimacy starts with self-awareness: You cannot build a deep connection with another person if you are a stranger to yourself.
• Change is a requirement, not an option: Whether it’s a new home or a new mindset, staying comfortable is the fastest way to stall your purpose.
• Presence is greater than Performance: I realized I’d rather be 100% present in my life than 100% "active" on a timeline while feeling empty.
I’m back now—not because I have it all figured out, but because the lessons I’ve gathered in the quiet are too good not to share. My mission hasn't changed; it’s just been refined. We are still talking about love, lifestyle, and the messy, beautiful work of building a life you actually enjoy living.
