This is Major Alabi Akubo, one of the few lucky people who got Presidential Pardon/Clemency recently

Let me tell you his story

He is a major in the Nigerian Army.
Between the year 2000 to 2006, the Nigerian Army discovered that, more than 7000 Armory (Weapons like Guns, etc) disappeared without trace from two BiG military Armoury base

The Command and Staff College, Jaji, and the One Base Ordnance Depot, both are in Kaduna.

Dem dey move those weapons in Batches wey be say people no notice say something dey sup.

Major alabi Akubo was caught in 2008 along side five other people stealing Military equipment like, rifles, sub-machine guns, rocket propelled grenades and other ammunitions

Dem dey sell am to Niger Delta Militants (MEND)

The worth of all equipment stolen so far was worth 100 Million Naira

Major Alabi Akubo was found Guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment in 2009

But in 2025. He found Mercy in the eyes of beloved President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu following reports that Major Akubo was of good conduct and remorseful.

His sentence was reduced to 20 years
Wow, from Life imprisonment to 20 years

And he has served for 16/17 years already.

Three more years for him to experience Freedom again

Thanks to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu

Under the law
Mercy is part of Justice

Thats the reason, the law made provision for it.

My Name is Atanda and i advice you to join me on this page to know more about Law
