3. Avoid heavy meals during/after heavy alcohol intake especially @ night
4. Alcohol and other irritants of the Gastro Intestinal Tract (GIT) encourage reflux
5. Specific medications can be useful
6. Life style modification is usually helpful
7. Endoscopy is useful and can be diagnostic/therapeutic
