How to spot signs and symptoms of Testicular Cancer!!!
Facts about this Cancer
It is not very common, thank goodness
This is one cancer that is commoner in younger and middle-aged men. You would be aware that most cancers are commoner in older people. In this case, it is commoner in men under 50 years old. I am not by that saying that men older than 50 cannot have testicular cancer.
This cancer is one that can be cured 100% if spotted early. I mean it is curable but for this to happen, the cancer should be spotted early before it spreads. Just to clarify, even if spreads, it can still be cured but please don't allow that to happen.
It is unusual to have cancer in both testicles, usually in one at a time.
In the UK, almost all cases of testicular cancer get cured.
What are the Testicles
I am sure you know what the testicles ( te**es) are. This is the organ that produces s***m and testosterone which is the male s*x hormones. They are the 'balls' in men located below the p***s in the sc***um.
What increases the risks of developing this cancer?
It is higher if a person or his close family member has had cancer of testicles previously
If the man has what is known as undescended testicles where one or both of the testicles have not descended properly into the sc***um, the cancer risk is higher
This cancer is more common in oyibo men
Men who have a history of infertility are at a higher risk
Like is said previously, it is commoner in younger men less than 50 years old.
How to spot this cancer !!!
Usually, a lump or swelling in one or both of your testicles is a sign of this cancer. Just to clarify, not all lumps there are cancers.
If there is cancer, the testicle may change in form and become firmer, and texture may change. It may feel rough and hard.
Pain or discomfort in a testicle or the sc***um. Like i said above, not every pain in the testicle or sc***um is due to cancer but you should have it checked asap.

FAINTING OR SLUMPING IN THE BATHROOM

🖑 What is the cause?

☝ We always hear of people who have stroke after a fall in the bath.
🖑 Why have we not heard of falling elsewhere?
👊 When I took part in a healthy lifestyle course, a National Sports Council Professor, who also participated in the course, advised that:
👉 the head should not be washed first in the process of taking a bath (even washing of the hair).
👉 other parts of the body should be cleaned first.
🖑 This is because when the head is wet and cold, blood will flow to the head to warm it up.
👉 If the blood vessels narrow, it is likely to cause the blood vessels to rupture.
🖑 Since it usually happens in the bathroom, be sure to raise your awareness to avoid this happening again.

CORRECT PROCESS OF BATH TAKING:
👉 Start the wetness from the sole of the foot.
👉 Progress to the Small legs, the thigh, abdomen and then shoulder.
🖑 At this point, pause for 5-10 seconds.
👉 A feeling like steam/wind overflowing from the body may be observed; and then take a shower as usual.

✅ WISDOM:
☝ When a glass is filled with hot water, and then suddenly emptied and filled with cold water; what happens?
👉 The glass will burst💥!!!
🚿 Then, with regards to the human body, what happens?
🖑 Naturally, the body temperature is very hot, whereas the water is very cold,
👉 a cold shower on the body or the head directly would suddenly trap the wind, or deaden it, because the blood vessels got broken.

🖑 Oh, this is why people often suddenly fall over in the bathroom; due to wrong bathing method. And that often cause a stroke or cause a migraine.

ADVICE:
🚿This bathing method is suitable for all ages, especially those with Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Migraine/Headache

🖑 Please, don't only just get enlightened by this; share it... if you don't mind.

Please, let me advise all my friends and family to think twice b4 joining the multitudes that would jump into the street by 4th of May, we can't come this far to go back fast...
4th of May is not the expiration date for the virus, you can still contract it, so think twice before you make the decision of going out and if you finally decide to go out please, be more careful than you have been doing.
Spanish flu of 1918 killed over 50million persons reason been that when the isolation was relaxed then, people rushed into the street to begin their normal life without been mindful of the fact that the flu was still around and within the first three weeks of the relaxation, over 35million persons lost their life's.
Let's not give room for history to repeat itself... Extend your own lockdown beyond 4th of May if you can.
While countries like America, Italy and China were in lockdown, their government were busy disinfecting the streets of their nation. While Nigerians were on lockdown, our government were busy stealing and looting funds made for disinfecting and putting measures to checkmate the spread of the virus.
America, Italy, China are relaxing their lock down, our copy and paste government are also relaxing ours. The citizens of the above nations will go into a disinfected street while we will carelessly rush into a highly infected street....think twice.

America, China and other nations began to think of relaxing their lockdown when they started experiencing low record of Coronavirus case but our myopic government chose to relax our lockdown even when we are still experiencing massive increase of the virus.
If wisdom has eluded our leaders in aspect of decision making, let wisdom not also elude us in making our own personal decision.
Be guided, think twice, stay home and stay safe.
Those who will tell the story of this Coronavirus are those that took painstaking measures to stay indoors, you can choose to be one of us.

*82,000* people are sick with Coronavirus at the moment, of which *77,000* are in China, with a population of over *1.1 billion people.* This means that if you are not in or haven't recently visited China, this should eliminate *94%* of your concern.

If you do contract Coronavirus, this still is not a cause for panic because:

*14%* of the Cases are MODERATE
Only *5%* of the Cases are CRITICAL

Which means that even if you do get the virus, you are most likely to recover from it.

Some have said, “but this is worse than SARS!” SARS had a fatality rate of *10%* while COVID-19 has a fatality rate of *2%*

Moreover, looking at the ages of those who are dying of this virus, *the death rate for the people UNDER 50 years of age is only 0.2%*

*This means that:* if you are under 50 years of age and don't live in China - you are more likely to win the lottery (which has a 1 in 45,000,000 chance)

Let’s take one of the worst days so far, the *10th of February, when 108 people in CHINA died of Coronavirus.*

*A Letter of Peace to You all from Italy*

My dear brothers and sisters in Nigeria, I live in Italy - Milan, and
I'm going to share with you and explain to you, "How life is here in Milan" during these difficult times and how I think you in Nigeria should live your lives in order not to repeat the mistakes of the Italian people.

We are currently in quarantine. We are not allowed to take to the streets. The police are in constant motion and will arrest anyone outside his/her home.

Everything is closed! ... business, malls, and stores. Every street is without any movement.
We are having the feeling of the end of the world !!

Italy, the country of better living - full of life, is completely transformed as if it were a dark country of war.

The situation is something I never thought would ever happen here! People are confused, sad, anxious and helpless, and often do not understand how this reality was imposed on them and when this whole nightmare will end.

The big mistake was that at the start of the first hit people continued to lead their lives as usual and took to the streets for work, entertainment and feeling like a vacation period.

But everyone was wrong and it is same i think would happen in Nigeria if you don't take certain precautionary measures!

I beg you, be careful, this is neither a laughing matter nor a joke. Protect yourself and loved ones; your parents and your grandparents!

The disease is dangerous for everybody.
About 200 people die here every day,although media might not report all, not because medicine in Milan is not good, but because there are no medical places for everyone! Doctors choose who will survive and who will die!

All this is due to the silliness of the citizens at the beginning of the onslaught. They decided to continue their lives as usual, regardless of the new situation!

Please, learn from the *mistakes*! Nigeria is a big country that could end up with a great tragedy if everything is taken for granted.

Listen well now ,,, 🙏
-Don't go out into crowded places.
-Don't eat in public places.
-Stay longer at home during this time!
-Listen to the Ministry of Health guidelines.
-Talk a meter away from people.
-Don't come close.
-Don't cuddle or accept a hug from any person.
-Get a complementary and preventive treatment and learn from others' mistakes.
-I recommend that you take vitamin C to boost your immune system.
-Help professionals to prevent the spread of the epidemic.

In Italy, the entire country is isolated, more than 60 million people in quarantine !!

This would have been prevented if people had heard the instructions from the beginning.
