Pelvic pain is NOT “just part of being a woman.”

If you experience:
⚠️ Painful periods
⚠️ Pain during intimacy
⚠️ Chronic lower abdominal pain
⚠️ Bloating or fatigue
⚠️ Pain with urination or bowel movements

…it may be a sign of conditions like endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, pelvic floor dysfunction, or chronic pelvic inflammation.

Too many women suffer in silence because pelvic pain has been normalized for years. Early diagnosis and proper treatment can change lives. 💜

✨ At Africa Pelvic Pain Advocacy Network, we are committed to awareness, education, support, and advocacy for women living with pelvic pain across Africa and beyond.
