It’s the final week of May.

While the world outside accelerates and discusses blooming, perhaps you’ve spent the past few weeks simply trying to stay afloat.

If your month felt heavy, quiet, or draining, please read this:

You don’t need to justify your rest.

Surviving is not a failure; it’s a quiet victory.

You don’t have to "bounce back" immediately.

A practical step for today:
Give yourself just five minutes of complete nothingness. No scrolling, no planning, no fixing. Step outside, gaze at the sky, and take three slow, deep breaths.

You’ve made it through May. That’s more than enough. 🤍

Save this for when things feel heavy again, or share it with someone quietly carrying a lot today.

On Saturdays, we all need a chance to relax.

Here are my three personal rules for a peaceful Saturday—no pressure, no strict schedules—just space to breathe.

You can memorise every mental health checklist online and still feel stuck.

Yes, self-help books and TikTok videos are helpful for learning, but they can't respond or see the patterns you hide from yourself.

It’s okay to reach your limit on what you can fix on your own.

Let's talk. My DMs are always a safe space to start.

I am deeply honoured and grateful to have served as a Mentor in the Prestigious Global Mentorship Programme (PGMP) Cohort 14 organized by GELA Youth Development Centre.

Being part of such a transformative initiative alongside outstanding professionals, mentors, and participants from different countries has been an inspiring and rewarding experience.

The programme continues to create a platform that empowers young leaders, promotes knowledge sharing, and builds global connections for sustainable development.

We stay in painful situations out of fear of being gossiped about. You hide your struggles because you're afraid of what others will say.

You owe no one perfection. Be honest with yourself. Others aren't living your life or feeling your pain. You can’t heal what you’re not ready to talk about.

Friendly mid-week reminder: You don't need to have everything figured out by Wednesday.

Some days, we shine bright. Other days, we’re just searching for the switch.
How are you feeling right now?

Good evening, and I hope your Monday was a blissful and beautiful one.

Holding in pian, it's like holding a beach ball underwater when you suppress pain. It will eventually burst because it is so draining.

"Why does this hurt?" is the highest form of self-awareness, not a sign of weakness.

Social media is excellent for staying connected, but it shouldn't come at the expense of the real-world connections right in front of you.

Yesterday, we honoured children's mental health. Today, let’s put that into practice.

When your child talks to you today, put your phone face down. Actively listen to your child or children.

This sends a message: "You are more important than this screen."

We often worry about what the neighbours might think, which can cause us to lose ourselves.

Mental health isn't just a Western concern—it's a universal human experience.

Being open about your struggles doesn't mean you're "crazy." It takes courage.

Remember, healing begins when we stop hiding our secrets.

I wish you a great week ahead.

Happy New Month! Today is Workers' Day, and it also signals the start of Mental Health Awareness Month.

If you feel like you’re constantly on, but slowly fading away.

We’ve been told that rest is a reward for hard work. However, rest is actually essential for our existence.

Throughout this month, we’re not just talking about self-care.

We will be examining why we often feel guilty about resting and how we can challenge the culture of relentless work.

Remember, your worth isn't defined by your to-do list. Today, do one thing that has nothing to do with work or being productive.

"Rest is a radical act of self-love."

I wish you a beautiful week and a wonderful Monday! I have a quick question: Would you remain friends with yourself, considering the self-sabotaging thoughts you have and express?

We are often much harsher on ourselves than we are on others. We notice every flaw but overlook every victory. However, this internal "tough love" often makes the journey more difficult.

Today, check these red flags in your mind:

🚩 You turn a single mistake into a lifelong failure.
🚩 You can't accept a compliment without dismissing it.
🚩 You apologize just for existing.
🚩 You speak in "always" and "never"—words that no court of law would accept as evidence, yet your mind treats them as gospel.
🚩 You compare your lowest moments to everyone else's best.

Next time you’re being self-critical, ask yourself, "Would I say this to someone I love?" If the answer is no, reset your mindset.

You deserve the same grace you so freely give to others. 🤍
