Nobody is talking about s***m freezing… but maybe they should 👀

We’ve normalized egg freezing.
Women are planning ahead.

But what about men?

Does s***m stay the same forever?
Or is there something no one is telling you?

Watch this before you assume you have all the time in the world.

“Did you know a 55-year-old woman reportedly experienced a return of menstrual activity after undergoing red light therapy?”

While this doesn’t mean red light therapy can “reverse menopause” for everyone, it has sparked interest among researchers studying how light can support cellular health and tissue function.

Red and near-infrared light therapy works by delivering specific wavelengths of light that may help:

✨ Support healthy blood circulation
✨ Enhance cellular energy production (ATP)
✨ Promote tissue repair and recovery
✨ Reduce inflammation and oxidative stress
✨ Support overall reproductive and hormonal wellness
✨ Encourage healthy mitochondrial function

Many women use red light therapy as part of a holistic wellness routine to support their overall health and well-being.

As with any wellness therapy, results vary from person to person, and more research is still needed to fully understand its effects on hormonal health.

"I NEVER IMAGINED I WOULD NEED IVF."

This is a sentence many women have whispered through tears.

Not because IVF is bad, but because most women start their journey believing pregnancy will happen naturally and quickly.

Months turn into years. Tests are done. Treatments are tried. Hope rises and falls.

Then one day, IVF enters the conversation.

For some, IVF becomes a path to their MIRACLE. For others, just hearing the word can bring fear, confusion, questions, and even stigma.

This week, we'll be talking about IVF, what it is, when it may be recommended, how to prepare for it, and factors that can influence success.

Whether you're considering IVF, currently preparing for it, have undergone it before, or simply want to learn, this discussion is for you.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word "IVF"?

AMH tells us about egg quantity, not necessarily egg quality.

You can have a great AMH level and still face fertility challenges if egg quality, s***m quality, implantation, inflammation, hormone imbalances, or other underlying factors are involved.

Think of AMH as a measure of how many eggs you may have left in your ovarian reserve—not how healthy those eggs are.

This is why some women with a high AMH conceive easily, while others with similar numbers may still struggle. It’s also why women with lower AMH levels can sometimes go on to have successful pregnancies.

When trying to conceive, focusing only on AMH can cause you to miss other important pieces of the puzzle.

That’s where fertility support becomes important. Supporting your body with the right nutrients, antioxidants, lifestyle changes, and overall reproductive health strategies may help create a healthier environment for egg development.

Remember, the egg you ovulate today has been developing for months. What you do during that time matters.

This is one reason many women choose supplements like FertiBloom, which contains fertility-supportive nutrients and antioxidants designed to support overall reproductive wellness and help nourish the body during the conception journey.

AMH is important, but it’s only one piece of the fertility picture. ❤️

Before pregnancy...
there is YOU🫵🏽

Your health.
Your nutrition.
Your habits.

The small things you do every day matter.

That's why I don't see Fertibloom as "just a supplement."

I see it as part of self-care.

Part of choosing yourself.

Part of supporting your fertility journey intentionally.

Are you currently taking any supplements?
YES or NO?

Can Moxibustion Help If You Have Low AMH or Low Egg Count? 🤔🔥

Hearing that you have low AMH or a low egg count can feel discouraging. But fertility isn’t just about the number of eggs you have—it’s also about creating the best possible environment for those eggs to thrive.

One supportive therapy many women are exploring is moxibustion—a traditional warming therapy that uses an herb called mugwort.

Moxibustion is commonly used to:
🌿 Support healthy blood circulation to the reproductive organs
🔥 Warm the womb and improve pelvic circulation
🧘‍♀️ Promote relaxation and reduce stress
❤️ Support overall reproductive wellness

While moxibustion cannot create new eggs or guarantee pregnancy, many women include it as part of their fertility preparation plan alongside proper nutrition, targeted supplements, healthy lifestyle changes, and appropriate medical care.

At our Fertility Lounge in Abuja, we use moxibustion as one of several therapies designed to support women who are preparing for natural conception or fertility treatments such as IVF.

Because when it comes to fertility, preparation matters too. 🌱✨
