Happy new week,
I recently provided home dental care for someone, and an interesting encounter followed. A man who overheard me working confidently declared that he didn't need dental treatment, insisting his teeth were problem-free.

I politely told him I'd be happy to check his teeth, and if I did, I'd likely find some issues. He dismissed my offer, but fate had other plans.

The next day, he knocked on my door, seeking my help. He explained that he hadn't slept the previous night due to tooth pain. I examined his teeth and found poor oral hygiene, three dead teeth that needed extraction, and other issues.

I provided him with a treatment plan and bill. Unfortunately, he couldn't afford the treatment at that moment. He promised to find the money and return when he was ready.

This experience highlights the importance of regular dental check-ups and cleanings. Dental care is essential for everyone, regardless of age. As a dental professional, I emphasize that
prevention is key, and early detection can save time, money, and discomfort in the long run."
