On behalf of the Nigerian Institute for Behavioural Science, Education and Care Professionals (NIsBEC), we are pleased to invite your organisation to our Inaugural Press Conference, scheduled as follows:

NIsBEC was established to promote the highest standards of competence and professional practice by empowering professionals who provide behavioural intervention services, special educational needs services, and other allied services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

The inaugural press conference will formally introduce NIsBEC, its mandate and its vision for strengthening professional standards, building capacity, promoting ethical practice and improving the quality of services available to individuals with developmental disabilities in Nigeria.

As an organisation/stakeholder whose work contributes to the disability, education, behavioural science, health, care or allied professional sectors, your voice and participation are important to this conversation. We believe that meaningful and sustainable improvements in the sector require collaboration among professionals, disability organisations, families, advocates, researchers, policymakers, government agencies, development partners and other key stakeholders.
