That’s a wrap on Sculpt & Flow.
90 minutes, three ways to move, and a room full of people who showed up for themselves on a Saturday morning. Barre for the burn, Pilates for the control, Yoga for the release and somewhere in the mix, a lot of proud, tired smiles.

Thank you to everyone who sculpted, flowed, and showed up. This is exactly what Ophil is for.
