High Libido ≠ High Fertility. 🚨

Feeling s*xually active, having a strong s*x drive, or having frequent s*x does not automatically mean you are ovulating or that you are highly fertile.

Fertility is about much more than libido. For women trying to conceive, knowing when ovulation occurs can be far more important than simply having s*x frequently. 🩷

Ovulation tracking can help you identify your fertile window using methods such as menstrual-cycle tracking, ovulation predictor kits, cervical mucus changes, or monitoring with ultrasound when medically indicated.

So, instead of simply asking, “How often are we having s*x?” ask:
“Are we having s*x at the right time?” 👀

🎥 Watch this video to understand the difference between libido and fertility—and why tracking ovulation can make a real difference when trying to conceive.

If you've been trying without success, don't rely on assumptions. Get the right information and seek professional fertility guidance.

IVF is NOT “Buy One, Get One Free”! 😂👶🏽👶🏽

Yes, twins can happen with IVF—but IVF does not automatically mean you will have twins.

The number of babies you have depends on several factors, including the number of embryos transferred, embryo development, implantation and individual circumstances.

And here’s the important part: transferring more embryos simply to increase the chance of twins is not necessarily safer. Multiple pregnancy can come with increased risks for both mother and babies.

So, please don’t approach IVF with the mindset of “Since I’m paying for IVF, I should get two babies.” 😅

The goal of IVF is not to get “more babies.”
The goal is a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. ❤️

Watch the video as we address this common IVF misconception and explain what you should really know about multiple pregnancy and embryo transfer.

Choosing a Surrogate Mother? Here’s What You Should Consider. 🤰🏽❤️

Surrogacy can be a beautiful pathway to parenthood, but choosing a surrogate mother is a decision that should be made carefully, thoughtfully and with professional guidance.

Before proceeding, important factors to consider include:

✨ Medical fitness – A thorough medical evaluation is essential to ensure she is physically fit for pregnancy.

🩺 Pregnancy history – Her previous pregnancy and delivery history can provide valuable information about her ability to carry a pregnancy safely.

🧠 Emotional readiness – Surrogacy is both a physical and emotional journey. Emotional and psychological assessment is important.

📋 Screening & tests – Appropriate medical, infectious disease and fertility-related screening should be completed.

⚖️ Legal considerations – Everyone involved should understand their rights, responsibilities and the legal agreements surrounding the arrangement.

🤝🏽 Trust & support – Open communication, mutual understanding and a strong support system can make the journey smoother.

Most importantly, don’t choose a surrogate based on appearance, relationship or convenience alone. Proper medical, psychological and legal screening should always be part of the process.

Watch the video to learn more about what to consider before choosing a surrogate mother for your IVF journey. 🌱👶🏽

Your journey to parenthood deserves the right preparation and the right support.

Can I sleep normally after embryo transfer? 🤔🛌🏽

One of the biggest questions after embryo transfer is: “What is the best sleeping position?”

The good news? You don’t need to stay in bed or sleep in one particular position to keep your embryo safe. ❤️

After your transfer, you can generally sleep in the position that feels most comfortable for you. Your embryo cannot simply “fall out” because you turned in your sleep, walked around, or changed positions.

What matters most is following your clinic’s instructions, taking your medications as prescribed, staying hydrated, eating well and giving your body the rest it needs. 🌱✨

So tonight, breathe, relax and get some good sleep. Your embryo needs hope—not sleepless nights and anxiety. 💛

🧬 From Embryo to Blastocyst: A Remarkable IVF Journey

An embryo’s journey in the IVF laboratory is a beautiful process of growth, development and careful observation. ✨

After fertilisation, the embryo begins dividing—from a single cell into multiple cells, progressing through important developmental stages until it may reach the blastocyst stage, usually around Day 5 or 6.

But what does blastocyst really mean?

It means the embryo has developed into a more advanced stage, with distinct cell groups that will contribute to the baby and the placenta. Reaching the blastocyst stage is an important milestone because it allows embryologists to assess the embryo's development and helps inform decisions about which embryo may be suitable for transfer or freezing.

🎥 Watch this video as we take you through the incredible journey from fertilisation to blastocyst—and explain what this important stage means for your IVF journey.

Every stage matters. Every development is carefully watched. And behind every embryo is a team working with science, precision and hope. 💙
