🩸 Period blood is sacred 🩸
Never put salt 🧂 in anything you are cooking 🍳 when you are on your monthly flow. Spiritually, period blood carries powerful energy, and when you are on your period, you have to be careful about what you touch and what you prepare for other people.
It can bring bad luck and even cause chest pain. Think back to the old days—our mothers and grandmothers knew these things. When a woman was on her monthly flow and wasn't feeling well, they would call a child or someone else to help put salt 🧂 in the food.
There is a reason behind the things our elders used to do. They understood certain spiritual matters that many people today have forgotten.
And some men don't control themselves. They sleep with their wives or girlfriends while they are on their periods, not knowing the spiritual consequences that can come with it. 🩸
If you are alone and on your period, you can cook for yourself and eat your own food, but don't prepare food for other people during that time
