I didn't become a therapist because life was easy. I became one because I learned what it feels like to carry pain, face uncertainty, and still choose not to give up. Every challenge taught me something that no classroom could.
Being a therapist isn't just about giving advice. It's about listening without judgment, sitting with someone's pain without looking away, and believing in people even when they've stopped believing in themselves.
There have been days I questioned everything. Days when my own struggles were loud enough to make me wonder if I was making any difference. But every message from someone who found hope, every life that changed, and every person who chose healing over giving up reminded me why I started.
Behind every podcast episode is a desire to reach one more person who feels alone. Behind every conversation is a reminder that healing is possible, growth is possible, and a better tomorrow is possible.
If my journey has taught me anything, it's this: your struggles don't have to define your future. The very battles you're fighting today may become the reason someone else survives tomorrow.
So I will keep speaking. I will keep listening. I will keep inspiring. Not because I have a perfect life, but because I know what hope can do when someone refuses to stop believing.
