I saw one of my patients today in my place of work, I was shocked when she told me that she took salt and warm water after having coitus interruptus with her husband 🤷😯😯

Please o, salt and warm water does not prevent pregnancy, To prevent unwanted pregnancy and have adequate child spacing during child bearing please do your Family Planning 👌

Implants....(3 and 5years)

Injectables....(2 and 3months)

IUCD........(insertion 10years)

Barrier method.....( Use of condoms)

Withdrawal method.....(tell oga to pour the semen outside the vaginal)
