🧁 Ingredients
For the Red Velvet Cake
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup (240ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp white vinegar
For the Cream Cheese Filling
500g cream cheese, softened
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Decoration
Whipped cream
Red velvet cake crumbs
Heart-shaped candy decorations

👩🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Bake the Red Velvet Cake
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. Add oil, buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar.
4. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Cream Filling
1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Crumble the Cake
Break the cooled red velvet cake into fine crumbs.
Step 4: Assemble the Dessert Cups
1. Add a layer of red velvet crumbs to the bottom of each cup.
2. Pipe or spoon a layer of cream filling.
3. Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
4. Finish with a swirl of whipped cream.
Step 5: Decorate
Sprinkle with red cake crumbs and heart sprinkles.
Top with a small heart candy decoration.
Step 6: Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving for the best flavor and texture.
