🩸WORLD BLOOD DONOR DAY🩸!!!

As World Blood Donor Day draws closer on June 14th, this is a timely reminder for all of us to reflect on the lifesaving power of blood donation and the role each person can play.

Every day, patients in our hospitals depend on safe blood to survive; mothers during childbirth, accident victims, children with severe anemia etc. One of the most effective ways to ensure a steady and safe blood supply is by promoting Voluntary Non-Remunerated Blood Donation (VNRBD) that is donating blood freely without payment, just for the purpose to save lives.

We encourage everyone to do their bit: **Become a voluntary blood donor
**Encourage family, friends, and colleagues to donate
**Share messages that promote voluntary blood donation
**Show appreciation to the heroes who donate regularly

As we prepare to celebrate this important day, we invite individuals, groups, and organizations to support the celebration of World Blood Donor Day (WBDD) in honour of our lifesaving donors. Support can be made by partnering in AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS, MOBILIZING DONORS, or CELEBRATING THE GENEROSITY OF OUR VOLUNTARY DONORS.
