I am directed to write on behalf of the Yobe State Joint Health Technicians Association (YSJHTA) to notify all the Three Hundred and Sixty-Two (362) newly employed Health Technicians that a screening exercise has been scheduled to hold on Monday, 22nd June 2026 and Tuesday, 23rd June 2026 respectively.
Requirements for the Screening Exercise
All candidates are required to come along with the original copies of the following documents:
1. Primary School Certificate
2. Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)
3. Professional Certificate
4. Current Professional Licence
5. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
6. Certificate of Indigeneship
7. One recent passport photograph
Screening Schedule
First Batch
The first batch comprises:
-Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW)
-Medical Laboratory Technicians
-Medical Records Technicians
-Pharmacy Technicians
Date: Monday, 22nd June 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Second Batch
The second batch comprises:
-Dental Surgery Technicians
-Environmental Health Technicians
-Other Cadres
Date: Tuesday, 23rd June 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m.

Office of the Director, Human Resource Management.
All candidates are strongly advised to remain patient, orderly, and law-abiding throughout the exercise and to strictly adhere to all instructions issued by the State Ministry of Health and Human Services to ensure a smooth and successful screening process.
