How your eyes make tears in 5 steps:
1. Lacrimal gland produces them
2. They spread across your eye as tear film
3. Collected by puncta in your eyelids
4. Stored in lacrimal sac
5. Drained into your nose via nasolacrimal duct.

1. Bacteria enter through a cut in your skin
2. White blood cells rush in to fight them
3. Pus = dead white blood cells + dead bacteria + fluid

The Placenta Journey Doesn't End With Baby

Many focus only on the baby's birth, but the 3rd stage of labor is just as important — delivery of the placenta.

1️⃣ Attached after birth
2️⃣ Uterus contracts & detaches it
3️⃣ Descends through cervix
4️⃣ Delivered completely

Incomplete delivery can cause bleeding & infection, so we always check the placenta after birth.
