Here's something many laptop buyers don't know:
Core i7 does NOT automatically mean the laptop is better.

You can have:
💻 An older Core i7
vs.
💻 A newer Core i5
..and the newer i5 can actually be the better choice depending on the processor generation, performance, power efficiency and what you're using the laptop for.

For example, 13th Gen Core i5 and 8th Gen Core i7 are not simply a case of "i7 wins because it's i7."

That's why whenever you're buying a laptop, don't ask only:

❌ "Is it Core i7?"

Ask:
✅ What generation is it?
✅ What exact processor model is it?
✅ How many cores and threads does it have?
✅ Is it using SSD or HDD?
✅ How much RAM does it have?
✅ What am I actually using the laptop for?
