STI; HYGIENE WILL HELP BUT WRONG MED. IS A WORSE APPROACH

Dates or is it ‘debino’ you call it? Who taught us that we don’t need to wash it before taking it? Why do people cough into their bear hands and don’t mind to shake the next person? He or she just shake will be taking fruit like sugarcane and wouldn’t see any need to wash his hands. Let’s have a rethink. While been mindful of doing simple hygiene might not necessarily make us live forever, it will definitely make us enjoy more healthy life.

In places like Nigeria where poverty is a common place, most people tends to ignore changes in their health. Those that seek for help never consider seeking diagnosis but only opt for the services of ancillary nurses or that of patent drug sellers.

Primarily, these laboratory tests usually done with blood, urine and other body samples. Today there are simple test strips available to give results within few minutes and some are even designed to be self-service.

With the availability of countless Web applications, sites and softwares others use their symptoms to seek for answers. Of course, some will be accurate but a lot of people harm themselves more. Because while these drugs are useful the side effects are often neglected. If drugs are as simple as looking them up there wouldn’t have been need for pharmacologist to get trained for years or even the pharmacists to study for 6 years or specialize. All these sacrifice tells how important and delicate things are. To that which is delicate, care is made a priority.

The aim of SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS’ has always been to get rid of the causative agent from the body. These agents are in different classes of microbes. More importantly also is the age and the state of health of the patient to undergo this treatment.
Prevalence of disorders like arthritis, lung infection, sepsis, and other medical dis-ease has accusation fingers pointed at some of these infections as facilitators – directly or indirectly.

While the government has a major part to play in prevention and treatment, the population must be abreast and willing to play their part. Certain practices are encouraging the spread. Poverty may be discouraging seeking professional support, but awareness of how bad things could get is still very poor.

Simple things like conscious eating, personal hygiene, reducing stress and mental health can be a game changer. Why take the body beyond limit trying to get the money you will use to maintain sick health why you can avoid and be fine now and later?

There has never that man was more worried than now. The major driver is the content we constantly consume from the media. Why not take some time off and enjoy the calm atmosphere. To the advertising industry, making more money for their clients is their goal and it does not matter what else go wrong.

We need to be reminded of the need for the people we meet to be fine. When last did you take certain fruits like dates(dabino?), tiger nut (aya), garden egg,… and we cared to wash it ourselves? Most of these fruits and farm products are sold on the roads displayed widely open. Microbes both the normal flora and the disease causing will find their way from the farm down there. They will reproduce and even ask 'friends' to join them.

Responsible use of healthy spices and in our food and meals have been found to be useful. In treatment of ailments simple things like exercise have been found to be far more efficient than certain medications. Why not do it to maintain your health?
