incentive scheme. It is a promotion
program tied upon existing TIENS
Marketing Plan
and product package whilst the TIENS
Marketing Plan remains unchanged. The main purpose of “BEYOND PLAN”
is to help
distributors to sell Tiens high-quality
products to consumers more quickly
and efficiently and earn extra
commission from the sales. Existing and new distributors are
allowed to join “BEYOND PLAN” if they
fulfilled the company’s requirement(s).
Besides,
sales generated from selling TIENS
product package in “BEYOND PLAN” promotional period, which will greatly
help
distributors to upgrade in TIENS
Marketing Plan and form a strong
marketing team rapidly. In order to
join “BEYOND PLAN”, TIENS agrees distributors to buy TIENS product
package in a fixed price as below: 800 PV/BV Package: For all newly joined and existing TIENS
distributor, she/he must be at least
THREE Star (3*) as per TIENS Marketing
Plan,
shall have the option to purchase 800
PV/BV product package for resale purpose and the 800 BV will be used
in “BEYOND
PLAN”bonus calculation. While 800 PV
will be accounted in TIENS Marketing
Plan as Accumulated Personal PV
(APPV) and Accumulated Network PV (ANPV),
used to calculate personal and
sponsors’ upgrade assessment (does
not account
in Personal PV (PPV), Group PV (GPV)
and current bonus month Total Network PV (TNPV) assessment). It is advisable for the distributors to
resell the products in retail price. All
distributors who join “BEYOND PLAN”
will be divided into four groups,
namely “GROUP A”, “GROUP B” ,
“GROUP C” and “Group D” . All distributors must first enter “GROUP A”
and upgrade to “GROUP B” by
promoting and selling TIENS product
to customers. From “GROUP B”,
distributors must build and lead her/
his team in order to upgrade to “GROUP C”. From “GROUP C”,
distributors must build and lead her/
his team in order to upgrade to
“GROUP D”. Distributors will change
their position by every regrouping
and get qualified eventually. Distributors’ commission will be
calculated based on their group
position and total number of product
packages sold. Rules and Regulations of “BEYOND PLAN” All distributors who participate in
"BEYOND PLAN" will be assigned to
different “GROUP A” and the one who
is in 1st position is the "LEADER" where
the 2nd to 3rd are the team members.
Every team member is required to keep promoting specified product
package to consumer until their team
reaches a number of 7 packages in
total, then the team leader will be
upgraded to "GROUP B". "GROUP B" is
comprised of 3 to 6 team members, where the first is the "LEADER" and the
2nd to 3rd are the team members.
When "GROUP B" reaches 7 members,
the leader will be upgraded to "GROUP
C". "GROUP C" is comprised of 3 to 6
team members, where the first is the "LEADER" and the 2nd to 3rd are the
team members. When "GROUP C"
reaches 7 members, the leader will be
upgraded to "GROUP D". "GROUP D" is
comprised of 3 to 6 members, where
the first is the "LEADER" and the 2nd to 3rd are the group members. When
"GROUP D" reaches 7 members, the
leader of "GROUP D" will be removed
from the group and one cycle is
completed. Once the leader of “GROUP A”
upgraded to “GROUP B”, the remaining
6 group members will be divided into
two new groups, resulting in two new
leaders. The new position of every
group member is determined by grouping principle. The
principle is as follows: Distributors
who are sponsoring 2 product
packages (or more) (Every distributor
is allowed to buy only ONE (1) product
package upon joining.) will take precedence over distributors who are
sponsoring 1 product packages. Distributors who are sponsoring 1
product package will take precedence
over distributors who has no
sponsoring at all
(2>1>0). Team members with same
amount of sponsoring will be positioned in chronological order.
Once the leader of “GROUP B”
upgraded to “GROUP C”, the remaining
6 group members will be divided into
two new groups, resulting in two new
leaders. The new position of every group member is determined by
grouping principle. The principle is as
follows: Distributors who have led 2
team members upgraded into “GOURP
B” (or more) will take precedence over
distributors who have led 1 team members. Distributors who have led 1 team
member will take precedence over
distributors who have led none
(2>1>0). Team members with same
strength of leadership will be
positioned in chronological order. The same grouping principle in “Group B”
will be applicable in both “GROUP C” &
“GROUP D” accordingly. III. Calculation Method of “BEYOND PLAN”Commission 1. COMMISSION OF “GROUP A” i. Commission of “GROUP A” team
member (2nd to 3rd)

BV; ii. Commission of “GROUP A” leader (the 1st ) a) You will be entitled to a commission
of 100 BV of if youare the leader.
b) After becoming “GROUP A” leader,
continuesponsoring 4 product
packages as a team, you will be
entitled: 50 BV/package x 4 packages = 200 BV
c) When your “GROUP A” completed a
total of 7 product packages, you will
be upgraded to “GROUP B” and be
rewarded a one-off 200 BV of
commissions. d) Total commission of “GROUP A”
leader: 100 BV + 200 BV + 200 BV =
500 BV iii. Requirement of becoming a “GROUP A” leader: Regardless which position you were
in, you can become a leader as long as
your amount of sponsoring of product
packages is the highest among 6 team

BV
c) When your “GROUP D” reached 7
team members, you will be rewarded a
one-off 12 400BV of commissions.
d) Total commission of “GROUP D” leader: 8 000 BV+2 000 BV+1 600 BV
+12 400BV = 24 000BV iii. Requirement of becoming a “GROUP D” leader: Regardless which position you were
in, you can become a leader as long as
the total number of team member you
have led is the highest among 6 team
members (2>1>0), or you being
upgraded to “GROUP D” earlier than others if your team
members have the same number of
leading action like yours. IV. Joining Rules of “BEYOND PLAN” In existing marketing plan network, X
is Y’s upline, Z sponsored by X, X is
placement of Z, Y is Z’s direct upline.
Z newly joined “BEYOND PLAN” and
will be placed in “GROUP A” as below: i. If Y was in “GROUP A” and his / her
group has yet reached 7 x product
packages, and if Z was yet being
positioned, then new member Z will be
placed into Y
group. ii. If Y no longer in “GROUP A”, Z will be
placed into the “GROUP A” where Z’s
nearest indirect upline in. If not found,
Z will then be placed into the 1st
“Pioneer Group” where Z’s nearest
downline’s in. If Z has no downline taking part into “BEYOND PLAN”, then Z
will be placed into the earliest group
that joined “BEYOND PLAN”. RULES OF “PIONEER GROUP” IDENTIFICATION: a) Identify the closest generation of Z’s
downline.
b) Given the same generation, priority
goes to the group that has a downline
located in the highest position. For
instance, preferably group with downline who is the group leader.
c) If downlines are in the same
generation and same position, priority
goes to the group which has the most
number of members. For instance,
preferably group with 5 members instead of 4 members.
d) If downlines are in the same
generation, same position and same
number of members, priority goes to
the group that has the earliest start
date. iii. The same joining rule in “Group A”
will be applicable in “GROUP B”,
“GROUP C” and “GROUP D”.
V. Rules of Rejoining Leaders of
“GROUP D” are allowed to rejoin
another cycle of “BEYOND PLAN” once they have completed a full cycle and
have been removed from group. They
are required to purchase another
product package which not less than
800PV/BV. Details as follows: 1) The joining rules of “BEYOND PLAN”
are applicable to those who are
rejoining.
2) Rejoined members are required to
purchase 800PV/BV for resale
purpose. A valid sponsoring is where a rejoined member sponsors a direct
downline who FISRT joined “BEYOND
PLAN” and purchased 800PV/BV
product package. If the downline is
already a “BEYOND PLAN” member or a
rejoined member, TIENS will only recognise the sponsorship for
grouping purpose, but that will not be
classified as a valid sponsoring.
3) A TIENS member is allowed for
maximum 7 cycles of “BEYOND PAN”
and 7 product packages. DECLARATION Every joining of this promotion is
calculated in random of seconds.
In the event of local statutory
holidays, commission payment will
be postponed. Upon completion of one “Beyond
Plan” cycle where the leader of
Group D is cycled out, $2,400 from
the total commission will be
deducted and equivalent value
$2,400 worth of Tiens product package will be offered. No PV BV
will be calculated in this case. The commission will be paid on
pre-tax basis. Distributors need to
settle their personal income tax by
themselves in accordance with the
local tax regulation. All modifications, adjustments, and
interpretation of “BEYOND PLAN”
are TIEN’S proprietary. TIENS
reserves all rights to revise the
marketing plan if there is an

that has the earliest start date. Q: I would like to participate in the “Beyond Plan”; however, none of my uplines have participated in the Plan. Which group will I be placed into? A: Do not worry if none of your
uplines have yet to join into the Plan.
In this case, you will be placed by the
system into the most favorable
downline’s group A; however, if none
of your downlines have also yet to join the Plan, you will then be placed by
the system into the group that has the
earliest start date. Q: What’s the difference between “sponsorships” and “number of members helped to be promoted”? A: In the “Beyond Plan”,
“sponsorships” refers to the number
of product packages sold by a
distributor to his/her direct
downlines in Group A; “Number of
members helped to be promoted” indicates that the distributor is already
in Group B, Group C or Group D and
refers to the number of direct
downlines he/she helped to be
promoted into his/her Group B, Group
C or Group D. Q: How is the number of sponsorships in the “Beyond Plan” defined? A: The number of sponsorships refers
to the number of product packages
sold to direct downlines within the
same Group A, with every distributor
limited to personally purchase only
one product package upon joining . e.g.:
Distributor A has 5 direct downlines,
namely, B, C, D, E and F. Example-1:
A, B, C and D participates in the Plan,
with A, B, C in Group A while D is in
Group B. Therefore, A has 2
sponsorships in Group A, namely, B
and C. Example-2:
A, B, C and D participates in the Plan,
with B, C in Group A and A, D in Group
B. Therefore, A has helped 1 member
to be promoted into Group B, namely
D. Example-3:
A and D have already completed cycle
one and is into cycle two, positioned in
Group A; B and C are still in cycle one
Group A; E and F have just joined in the
Plan, positioned in Group A. Therefore, A has 2 sponsorships in cycle 2 Group
A, namely, E and F. Q: How do I become the Group Leader of Group A? A: Your promotion to Group Leader
will be firstly determined by the
number of your sponsorships and
then by your time/date ofentry into
the “Beyond Plan”. To be qualified,
you must have at least 2 sponsorships into the Plan. For example, once
qualified, if you are tied with another
distributor with the same number of
sponsorships, the tie-breaker will be
the time/date as to when both of you
