* HYPERTENSION.
Hypertension has been described as the silent killer and now very rampant even among young people,although symptoms are usually absent ,persistently elevated blood pressure causes long term damage to numerous organs in the body and can result to cardiovascular diseases,kidney disease,stroke.
*The normal blood pressure according to America Heart Association (AHA) according to age is as follows👇
18 - 65 : Less than or equal to 130/80
65 - 79: Less than or equal to 140/80
Above 80years: less than or equal to 140/80
Blood pressure is considered normal when it's between 90/60 and 120/80.
Any BP between 120/80 and 140/90 is at risk of high BP (when you're age
