Here’s why‼️

Dry Eye: Prolonged wear can dry out your eyes, causing discomfort and irritation.

Corneal Infection: Sleeping in lenses increases the risk of bacterial or fungal infections, which can lead to severe eye damage.

Reduced Oxygen Supply: Contact lenses can limit the amount of oxygen reaching your cornea, which can be harmful if worn for extended periods.

Eye Irritation: Constant friction between the lens and your eye can cause irritation and inflammation.
To protect your eye health, it’s crucial to remove your contact lenses before bed and wear them only as directed by your eye doctor.
