Our Medical Director and Principal Optometrist Dr Kelechi Nwagwu was elevated to the status of Fellow Of The Nigerian Optometric Association - FNOA on the 26th of July at the Dinner/Award Night of the NOA in Umuahia Abia State. As part of our An optometrist saved my life series, we have spoken to patient Hugo Fairbanks Weston, and optometrist and practice owner, Adrian Kite. Hugo presented to Kite Opticians with migraines and visual disturbances. His appointment led to a brain tumour diagnosis.

Reflecting on the importance of sight tests, Hugo told OT: “I definitely think sight tests are much more essential than I did before.”
