WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
We must:

1. COLLECT THE DATA
At the source. Accurately. Completely. Timely.

2. VALIDATE THE DATA
Clean it. Deduplicate it. Make it trustworthy with Power Query.

3. INTEGRATE THE DATA
Break the silos. Connect facilities and programs using DHIS2 Tools.

4. ANALYZE THE DATA
Find the trends and patterns. Use Excel, Power Query, Power BI, DHIS2 Analytics, Python, and more.

5. INTERPRET THE DATA
Tell the story. What do the numbers mean for our patients and our community?

6. COMMUNICATE THE DATA
Visualize it. Dashboard it. Share it. Influence with it.

7. DRIVE INFORMED DECISIONS WITH THE DATA
Move from reports to results. From insight to impact.

Once we start working thus, the image of HIM will shift.
FROM Data Clerks or Data Custodians to data Innovators.
