Many Employers score the quality of candidates' interview answers using a scorecard of 1–5, while others use a scorecard of 1- 10.
It all boils down to their criteria.

To rank high on their scale, you need to demonstrate that:
● You handled the problem positively.
● Show how you compromised.
● Describe your ability and willingness to learn, accept help and grow from the experience.
● Demonstrate how you handle pressure.
● Show your willingness to resolve the issue.
● Describe how you tried to solve the problem alone and failed.
● Did you crack under pressure?

Your negative attitude to the solution should not come out as your answer.
Learn to structure your answer with positivity using positive indicators.

In brief, the interviewer(s) or trained judges will score your answers based on the following:
1.1. Did you demonstrate or show the required experience in your description?
2.2. Are your examples relevant to the job?
3.3. How well you articulated your role, the action and your contribution to the outcome.

A reading from the holy Gospel according to John (John 1:45-51)

At that time: Philip found Nathanael, and said to him, “We have found him of whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” Nathanael said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.” Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!” Nathanael said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.” Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!” Jesus answered him, “Because I said to you, I saw you under the fig tree, do you believe? You shall see greater things than these.” And he said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.”

A reading from the holy Gospel according to Matthew (Matthew 16:13-20)

At that time: When Jesus came into the district of Caesare a Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do men say that the Son of man is?” And they said, “Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” And Jesus answered him “Blessed are you, Simon Bar Jona! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Then he strictly charged the disciples to tell no one that he was the Christ.
