Some years don’t begin with fireworks or fresh motivation.
They begin with unplanned tears, unexplained exhaustion, and quiet breakdowns hidden behind “I’m fine.”
The first few days of a year can break expectations — the pressure to be okay, to be hopeful, to have everything figured out. But healing doesn’t follow a calendar. Starting over isn’t always pretty; sometimes it looks like surviving, breathing, and choosing to stay.
Falling apart early in the year isn’t failure. It’s human. And it still counts as progress.
Happy new year Vines, I hope the year stay kind to y’all!
