Today, we raise our voices for every child who deserves safety, freedom, education, and peace.
Because children deserve classrooms, not fear.
Hope, not trauma.
Protection, not silence.
As many prepare to celebrate Children’s Day, some families are still waiting for their children to return home safely.
39 children and 7 teachers still remain in captivity.
We cannot become desensitized to the emotional and psychological impact insecurity has on children, families, educators, and society at large, especially in Nigeria. Safety is not a privilege, it is a fundamental right for every child.
Let us continue to raise awareness, amplify these voices, and demand action until every child comes home.
