Today, we raise our voices for every child who deserves safety, freedom, education, and peace.
Because children deserve classrooms, not fear.
Hope, not trauma.
Protection, not silence.

As many prepare to celebrate Children’s Day, some families are still waiting for their children to return home safely.

39 children and 7 teachers still remain in captivity.

We cannot become desensitized to the emotional and psychological impact insecurity has on children, families, educators, and society at large, especially in Nigeria. Safety is not a privilege, it is a fundamental right for every child.

Let us continue to raise awareness, amplify these voices, and demand action until every child comes home.

Have you ever tried therapy?

Sometimes, all you need is a safe space to breathe, unpack, heal, and be heard without judgment. Therapy is not just for “serious problems” — it’s for anyone trying to navig*te life, stress, relationships, burnout, anxiety, or simply become a healthier version of themselves.

And guess what? Our therapy sessions start from as low as ₦5,000 because mental health support should be accessible, not a luxury.

Book a session with us today. 💚

This International Women’s Day, we had the profound honor of collaborating with Talktu, our incredible speech therapy and foundational literacy partners, to host some of the most resilient women we know — mothers raising children with special needs. 💜
Behind every child is a woman whose strength often goes unseen. Women who wake up every day choosing love, patience, and courage even when the world doesn’t always understand their journey.

Today wasn’t just about celebration. It was about seeing these women. Listening to their stories, holding space for their laughter, their tears, their exhaustion, and their unwavering hope.
To every mother navig*ting this path — you are extraordinary. Your love is powerful. Your resilience is inspiring. And your journey matters more than words can ever fully express.

Please know this: you are not alone. We see you. We honor you. And we are always here for you.
Today and every day, we stand with you.

Today, we celebrate the incredible women of FriendnPal Women who continue to break barriers, challenge stigma, and redefine what leadership, empathy, and resilience look like in the world of mental health and technology. 💜

Behind every life touched, every safe conversation created, and every community empowered, there is a woman who chose courage over comfort. Women who show up every day not just with skills, but with heart. Women who believe that access to mental health support should never be a privilege, but a right.

You are therapists, innovators, community builders, advocates, caregivers, and quiet warriors fighting battles that many people will never see. Yet, you keep going, creating spaces where people can heal, speak freely, and feel seen.

Because of you, barriers are being broken.
Because of you, stigma is losing its power.
Because of you, thousands are finding hope again.

Today and every day, we celebrate your strength, brilliance, compassion, and the powerful impact you continue to make. The future of mental health in Africa is being shaped by women like you.

Not all struggles are loud.
Some of us are smiling while drowning inside… think of the friend who always says ‘I’m fine,’ the colleague who never complains, the one who hides panic, loneliness, and tears behind a strong face.

That was me. Until healing began with 3 simple words: I am not fine.

That moment gave birth to OurPadi, a safe space built from my personal journey, my ADHD diagnosis, and my fight for mental wellness.

Ourpadi isn’t just tech. It’s a lifeline. A community for people trying to figure life.

For the woman healing from abuse, the young boy feeling lost, the friend carrying invisible battles.

It’s time to break the stigma. Your healing matters.

Download Ourpadi today and experience a space where you are heard, understood, and never judged.
