THRYVE Network is a registered mental health non-governmental organization, founded by Oby Nnadi.

The NGO which was founded in 2017, is based in Lagos, and comprises of a team of devoted mental health specialists and volunteers.

THRYVE Network focuses primarily on awareness through educational outreach programs, and facilitating mental health awareness programs for public and private institutions, religious organizations, social groups, and educational institutions.

Hello Beautiful People,

I hope you had a lovely week. It’s been a while we checked in with you all.

This September reminds us of something so important mental health and su***de prevention.

We all have mental health, but there are moments when it becomes heavy. Moments when we can't function, or when dark thoughts feel too loud to face alone.

If you notice someone struggling, whether they are close to you or not, please be kind. Check in on them. Listen to them with an open heart, without judgement.

Your kindness could be the reason someone chooses to hold on. You could truly be the difference between life and death.

So let's be there for one another. Let's reach out with love, and let's also remember to be gentle with ourselves and take time to rest and refresh.

Everyone matters. No one should feel judged for having suicidal thoughts. Let's be the safe space the person they can lean on, find comfort in, and trust in their moment of distress.

We've got their back, and they are never alone.
