Some of you don't know how to pray.

Permit me to turn your mouth into your spiritual weapon.

The only person you can continue to speak against or hold down.., is one that is quiet and silent in the land .

Get me one white candle .., inscribe you name and date of birth on either side with a needle.

As it burns down.., speak thus:

I BRING FORTH (mention your name) FROM THE DARK AND HOLD YOU IN THE LIGHT..., LET MY PAST CEASE TO CONTROL PRESENT..., LET MY FUTURE MOVE FROM DARKNESS INTO LIGHT.., I MEET AND GREET THE UNIVERSE WITH OPEN ARMS.., AS I MOVE BACK INTO THE LIGHT...,...., SO IT IS AND SO MOTE IT BE!!!!!

Prekese + Garlic + Bitter Kola Remedy

Use for:
● High blood pressure
● Poor circulation
● High cholesterol
● Stroke

Ingredients:
● Aidan fruit : 5–7 pieces
● Garlic : 4 cloves (crushed)
● Bitter kola : 1–2 small pieces (crushed)
● Water: 1 litre (boiled and cooled)

Preparation:
1. Rinse the aidan fruit and cut into cubes
2. Crush the garlic and leave it for 10 minutes
3. Crush the bitter kola
4. Put everything in a clean glass container
5. Add the water and cover
6. Leave to soak for 12–24 hours
7. Then refrigerate (use within 5 days)

How to Take:
● Drink half a cup (100–120 ml) morning and evening, after meals

How Long:
Use for 2–4 weeks, then take a 7-day break. Repeat if necessary.
