My dear hope you can see that they are not cleaning the white thing from the skin of the baby. It is called vernix caseosa and it keeps the skin moist and protects it from germs.
Babies should not be bathed for at least 24 hours after birth. The vernix is not dirty it is a natural barrier!

Most Children may erupt their first teeth around 6 months.
However there may not be any teeth till one year. We generally don’t worry that they don’t have teeth unless it goes beyond 15 months and there are still no teeth. See a dentist in such situations.
That said teething powder is unnecessary for teething symptoms like irritation of the gum and drooling of saliva.
Just use paracetamol if you think they are uncomfortable or cold teething toy.
Teething powder may contain things like antihistamines and sedatives that are not suitable for children below 2 years of age because they can cause side effects like excessive drowsiness and nervous system issues.
Please avoid used teething mixtures.
