I am grateful to be back on this space after what i consider a short break.
My little time away was a wonderful gift i received even though it wasn't wrapped as a present, but it was indeed a beautiful gift i'ld forever be grateful for........

The past weeks have been really engaging in the counselling room, providing psychological support to our several esteem clients.
It's not been easy finding the time for my videos of late.

I have an 8:45 am appointment but thought to quickly drop this to lift someone's spirit this beautiful Tuesday morning.

Hey everyone,

Instagram asked me to delete several of my posts related to , a series i started a while ago sharing tips on fridays to enhance our bedroom games, and this has really discouraged me.
I’ve removed almost all those previous posts to avoid any issues with my account, and I definitely don’t want to lose my page, especially with my growing and supportive community here. Hence, the reason i haven't been posting on the friday series for a while now.

While I’m taking a break from sharing my tips on intimacy, I’m also working on finding new, creative ways to express my thoughts while staying within Instagram’s guidelines. I hope to resume sharing tips for our bedroom games soon once I figure out a suitable approach.
