This weekend, don’t just take a break from work. Give your eyes the rest they deserve.

1️⃣ Get outdoors: Take a walk, exercise, visit a park or simply enjoy some time outside.

2️⃣ Take longer screen breaks: If you need to do some work over the weekend, take longer, intentional breaks away from your computer instead of spending the entire day in front of a screen.

3️⃣ Choose screen-free activities: Put your phone away and read a physical book, spend time with family and friends, cook, play games or enjoy a hobby.

4️⃣ Give your eyes a screen-free evening: Instead of scrolling late into the night, put your devices away and let your eyes wind down before bed.

5️⃣ Get enough sleep: A good night's sleep gives your eyes and your body the rest they need.

Have a beautiful and well-rested weekend 😊
