A little advice:
Not every food that fills your stomach truly nourishes your body.

Some foods can fill your stomach but provide very little of the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. Foods that are high in salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats can gradually push healthier options off your plate.

As often as possible, choose foods that are closer to their natural state—fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and other minimally processed foods.
Your body needs more than fullness; it needs nourishment too.🤗

Most people know that calcium is important for strong bones and teeth but they don't know calcium and iron don't always get along when they arrive in your digestive system at the same time.

For example, imagine you take your iron supplement in the morning and wash it down with a glass of milk 🥛

Sounds harmless, right?

The calcium in the milk can reduce the amount of iron your body absorbs from that supplement.

The same thing can happen when calcium supplements and iron supplements are taken together.

Now, this doesn't mean milk is bad or that you should stop consuming calcium-rich foods.

Far from it.🤔

Your body needs both calcium and iron to stay healthy.

The key is simply giving them some space. If you're trying to improve your iron levels, especially if you've been told you're low in iron, it may be better to take your iron supplement at a different time from your milk or calcium supplement.

Sometimes, good nutrition is not just about what you eat... it's also about when you eat it 😊
