A little advice:
Not every food that fills your stomach truly nourishes your body.
Some foods can fill your stomach but provide very little of the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. Foods that are high in salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats can gradually push healthier options off your plate.
As often as possible, choose foods that are closer to their natural state—fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and other minimally processed foods.
Your body needs more than fullness; it needs nourishment too.🤗
