IS YOUR PERIOD TOO HEAVY?

Heavy bleeding isn't always normal. See a healthcare professional if you:

• Soak a pad/tampon every hour for several hours
• Bleed for more than 7 days
• Pass very large clots
• Feel dizzy, weak, unusually tired, or short of breath

Don't normalize excessive menstrual bleeding. Get it checked.
