Kidney failure in the Country is alarming

1) Beans - Sniper or dangote cement.

2) Palm oil - Red dye + water.

6) Fresh fish - Industrial dye.

7) Unripe pineapple and banana - ripening in hours with chemicals.

8.Mango - ripening overnight by pouring inside smelly gutter waters.

These are but a few, meanwhile, Nigerian yam, beans are banned across parts of Europe for containing excess pesticides used by farmers without proper measurements.

We virtually consume these on daily basis, and result today is unprovoked kidney and liver damage.

Kidney stones (medically called Nephrolithiasis) can cause a range of symptoms depending on their size, location, and whether they are blocking urine flow.

*Common Symptoms*

*1. Severe Pain (Renal Colic)*
Sudden, intense pain in the lower back or side (flank pain).

Pain may spread to the lower abdomen or groin.

Often comes in waves (sharp, cramping).

Burning or discomfort when passing urine.

*Do you know that high acidity of the vj can also cause s***m leakage?*

The vj contain acidic content that is why once you wear a black or colored undies,after some times it begins to bleach. The vj pH is both acidic and alkaline but once the acidic level is extremely high,a healthy s***m cannot strive in it which can affect it motility.
Once the vj pH is not balanced,it gives outburst of yeast growth (yeast infection candidiasis).
