A woman walked into our lab last year just to "check" and left with real answers đź’›

That's what early detection does, it replaces fear with clarity.

Over the past year, through our outreach work, we've watched women get screened, many for the first time ever. Some walked in anxious. Most walked out relieved, informed, and in control of their own health story.

One beneficiary told us she didn't realise how much worry she was carrying until she got her results and heard "all clear." Another said the education session alone changed how she checks herself every month now.

This is why we're excited about 31st October 👇

We're partnering with Benaiah CARE Foundation for the Breast Health & Early Detection Outreach, under the Screen & Scan to Save Lives Initiative. We're aiming to reach 200 women with breast health education and clinical exams, plus **free ultrasound screening for 100 women.

CONTINUING OUR BREAST HEALTH OUTREACH.

Breast health awareness and appropriate assessment remain important parts of community health.

Pamel Laboratories and Diagnostics Limited has continued to work with Benaiah CARE Foundation on breast health outreach activities through the Screen & Scan to Save Lives Initiative.

On Saturday, 31 October 2026, we will collaborate once again for the Breast Health & Early Detection Outreach in Port Harcourt.

Our target is to reach 200 women with breast health education and clinical breast examinations, with ultrasound planned for 100 women, subject to appropriate assessment.

Last year, we brought people together for our Screen, Scan & Save a Life initiative, creating space for conversations around breast cancer awareness and the importance of screening.

We met incredible people, shared important messages and, most importantly, reminded one another that our health deserves attention.

That approach makes sense for sudden illness, but it misses the value of routine checks. A lipid panel is one of those tests that often gets postponed until a doctor specifically requests it.
